Katherine K. Mustello

In her own words...

I am a lifelong resident of Clinton and feel fortunate to have raised my two children here. I currently work in the Rhinebeck Central School District as support staff in the facilities department and have proudly served as a 4-H leader for many years.

Having lived here for over 50 years, I remember what Clinton once looked like. While change is inevitable, I believe in supporting thoughtful growth that preserves the rural character of our town.

During my first four years on the board, I worked hard to advocate for residents, strengthen relationships between board members and the community, hold officials accountable, and maintain civility and respect in board meetings.

If re-elected, I will prioritize completing a new comprehensive plan and updating zoning laws to align with it. I am committed to improving our parks with upgraded playground equipment and hope to continue to serve as board liaison to the Planning Board and ZBA to support our dedicated volunteer members.

Clinton is a wonderful town with many talented employees, but more must be done to ensure all departments operate efficiently for the benefit of our residents. While board members do not directly supervise staff, I will continue to support the supervisor and highway superintendent in achieving this goal.
